Interesting to find this video clip in my Twitter feed today… I just finished drafting a note I want to send out to teachers seeking their feedback on me. The note is simple (and sincere) and I hope many take me up on the offer of sharing their thoughts on how I add value or not to the organization and to them professionally.
This video is a strong reminder of how important it is to remain tuned in to learning. I cannot think of a better way to model to teachers my own desire to improve and to learn about my own self, than by genuinely seeking their input.
I think I will share the video with them as well sometime tomorrow… before I send my little survey out.
